Sarius has started a new engagement with GO Company, the Dutch company behind CASER. From 1 October, Sarius is helping set up CASER as a separate product company, with its own brand, messaging and demand generation.
CASER is a mature case management product, used for claims, objections and appeals, and legal case handling. Organisations such as Anker Rechtshulp, SRM Rechtsbijstand and Brunel already run on it. The challenge now is market traction: making CASER known, and chosen, well beyond its current client base.
The engagement covers three parts:
- Brand: a distinct identity and website for CASER, separate from GO Company.
- Messaging: positioning that makes clear why CASER wins against the alternatives, including the route of building case management yourself on a generic platform.
- Demand generation: an ideal customer profile and buying-committee map, target account lists and outbound programs aimed at the Dutch legal and insurance market.
