Sarius ("we," "our," "us") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website https://sarius.com (the "Website") or use our services, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The purpose of this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is to inform users of our Website of the following:

Personal Data we collect

We may collect and process the following personal data:

a. Data You Provide

  • Name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name (e.g., when you contact us or register for services).
  • Billing information, including payment details (for services or subscriptions).

b. Automatically Collected Data

  • IP address, browser type, device type, and usage data (via cookies and analytics tools).
  • When you send our contact form: the page that referred you to our Website, the page where your visit began, any campaign tags (UTM parameters) and ad click identifier in that page's address, and your Google Analytics client ID. Until you send the form, your browser keeps the start of your visit in its local storage (not a cookie) for up to 30 minutes after your last page view on our Website. After that it is no longer used, and it is deleted on your next visit.
  • If you accept analytics cookies: the pages you visit on sarius.com and go.sarius.com, when you visit them and for how long, the page that referred you and any campaign tags, recorded under a random visitor identifier kept in our own first-party cookie (_v, 13 months). We do not record what you type into a form before you send it, and we do not store your IP address. These visits are linked to you only after you send one of our forms, or open a link in an email we sent you.

Use of Collected Data

  • Managing customer relationships and responding to inquiries.
  • Sending service updates, newsletters, and relevant promotions (with your consent).

The Website Cookie Policy

We use analytics cookies only with your consent where the law requires it: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we ask first; elsewhere you can decline at any time, and browsers that send Global Privacy Control are treated as declining unless you click Accept in the banner. The analytics cookies are Google Analytics and our own first-party cookie _v, which keeps a random visitor identifier for 13 months so that we can see how our sites are used and, if you contact us, which of our pages you read. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page: declining deletes our cookie and, unless you had already contacted us, the visit history recorded under it. We keep page views for 13 months and the visit history of people who contacted us for up to 25 months; you can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
